These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and lragmatic ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services provided through the lragmatic website and mobile app.

• Exploiting any bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities on the platform — any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to lragmatic immediately.

• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — that is, registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.

• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Self-exclusion request by the user themselves.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the lragmatic support team. Any valid funds in your account prior to closure will be returned once all withdrawal requirements are met, subject to the relevant KYC process.

Lragmatic reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as the updated version is published on this page.
